NOAAH’S Fair Housing Taskforce

NOAAH’S Fair Housing Taskforce is chaired by Cynthia Jones with a goal to advocate for nondiscrimination in all housing programs and support requirements to affirmatively further fair housing in federally funded and federally assisted housing programs. The Fair Housing Taskforce provides fair housing training and technical assistance to NOAAH’S membership and housing providers. The Fair Housing Taskforce consults with The Congress regarding the responsibility of The Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Justice to aggressively investigate and resolve housing discrimination complaints filed by members of the protected classes.
