Kevin Marchman, Chairman

Kevin E. Marchman is the Principal Advisor to the Managing Director of NOAAH. He has worked on housing issues for the past 30 years and is a founding member of the organization. Mr. Marchman has held numerous leadership positions in NOAAH over the past 10 years.

 

Zenobia Johnson-Black, Vice Chair

Zenobia Johnson-Black is a well-known community activist in Chicago. She has worked on housing issues for the past 20 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2003.

 

 

Adrianne Todman, Secretary

Adrianne Todman is the Interim Executive Director for the District of Columbia Housing Authority. She has worked on housing issues for the past 15 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2001.

 

Phyllis Demunoz Kozel, Assistant Secretary

Phyllis Demunoz Kozel is the President of Resident Council of the San Buenaventura Housing Authority. She has worked on resident housing issues for the past 30 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2007.

 

Wilson Thompson, Treasurer

Wilson Thompson is the owner of Calhoun Tax & Financial Services. He has worked on housing issues for the past 35 years. Mr. Thompson has served as Treasurer of the NOAAH board since 2009

 

Ed Anderson, Assistant Treasurer

Ed Anderson is the President and CEO of the Equity Express Funding. He has worked on housing issues for the past 25 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2007.

 

 

Dan Henson III, Chairman Emeritus

Daniel P. Henson, III is the President of The Henson Development Company. He has worked on housing issues for the past 16 years and is a founding member of the organization. Mr. Henson has served as Chairman of the NOAAH board since its inception.

Earl Andrews

Earl Andrews is Vice Chair of the New York City Housing Authority. He has worked on housing finance issues for the past 30 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2001.

 

 

Reginald Bowman

Reginald Bowman is the President of the New York Housing Authority Presidents Council. He has been a NOAAH board member since 2008. 

 

 

Kimberley Cole

Kimberley Cole is a Managing Principal with the LewisCole group, LLC. She has worked on safe and affordable housing issues for the past 13 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2009.

 

 

Antonio Dias

Antonio Dias is a Partner in Jones Day. He has worked on safe and affordable housing issues for the past 10 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2003.

 

 

Mary Flowers

Mary Flowers is the President & CEO of the Sturdy Quick Builders. She has worked on housing issues for the past 20 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2007.

 

 

Sharon L. Glenn

Sharon L. Glenn is the HCVP Director and a Managing Director of the Cook County Housing Authority. She has worked on housing issues for the past 27 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2008.

 

 

Michael Kelly

Michael P. Kelly is the General Manager of the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). He has worked on housing issues for the past 25 years and is a founding member of the organization. Mr. Kelly has held numerous leadership positions over the past 10 years and is a former Vice-Chairman of the NOAAH board.

 

 

Myra King

Myra King is a commissioner for the Chicago Housing Authority. She has worked on housing issues for the past 14 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2009.

 

 

Warren Massey

Warren Massey is the Chairman of the Board for the Atlantic City Housing Authority and Redevelopment Agency. He has worked on resident housing issues for several years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2009.

 

 

Floyd May

Floyd May is the Managing Director of NOAAH. He has worked on housing issues for the past 31 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2007.

 

 

Ed Moses

Ed Moses is the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura. He has worked on housing issues for the past 23 years and is a founding member of the organization. Mr. Moses has held numerous leadership positions in NOAAH over the past 10 years.

 

 

Maggie Pedraza

Maggie Pedraza is the Principal-in-Charge of the National Housing Group Corporation's contract with HUD for Property Management Services for the office of Multi-Family Housing Programs for the services the company delivers in 42 states. She has worked on housing issues for more than 25 years. She has been a NOAAH board member since 2009.

 

 

Harry D. Sewell

Harry D. Sewell is the Executive Director of the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency. He has worked on housing issues for the past 30 years and has been a NOAAH board member since 2007. 

 

 

Rodney E. Thomas

Rodney E. Thomas is the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC. He has worked on housing issues for the last 10 years and has been a NOAAH board member since December 2008.
