ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Exercise fiduciary responsibility for the accurate tracking and reporting of expenses and activities against grant funds and other financial resources. Serve as liaison between the department, Finance and MIS departments. Assist with the annual update to the comprehensive plan, and other related planning documents. Prepare periodic reports to HUD and other agencies including staff, and provide reports and data related to projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field with 5 years of progressive responsibility/experience in public housing or construction accounting and grant administration; a minimum of three years of public housing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: Valid Florida Driver’s License, Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy.

SALARY RANGE: $37,065.00 - $47,257.00 - $57,449.00

We anticipate hiring between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Successful applicant will be required to pass a drug screening test for illegal drugs prior to assuming duties for this position.
