NOAAH California
The California State Chapter of NOAAH was organized in April 2008. Its focus has been on foster children, housing for emancipated youth, fair housing and fair leading issues as well as staying true to the mission of NOAAH, advocating for public housing residents and administrators that do all the heavy lifting for that community.
